My name is Aidan Coombes, and I’m the owner and operator of Urban Canvas: Painting & Finishing.

 

Born and raised in Whitby/Oshawa, I’ve spent all 27 years of my life in this community. From involvement in youth sports, to working in homes across the region, this area has shaped who I am—personally and professionally. It’s also where I discovered my passion for residential painting and the impact that honest, detail-driven work can have on the place you call home.

 

I started Urban Canvas with a simple goal: to build genuine relationships with homeowners while delivering craftsmanship you can trust. I believe in being transparent, working hard, communicating clearly, and taking the kind of pride in my work that leaves every client feeling confident and cared for. Whether it’s a single room or a full home refresh, I treat each project like it’s my own space.

 

Urban Canvas is more than a business to me - it’s a chance to contribute to the community I grew up in and to continue providing high-quality, reliable painting and finishing services to the people who make this region feel like home.
